Freelance 3D visualizer and interior designer // My own business: www.tvoydesigner.ru
August 2012 - July 2015 (3 years) Chiang Mai, Thailand / Moscow, Russia
After 9 years of working in design in Moscow, I decided to relocate to Thailand and start an independent design business. My studio offers assistance and project management of all stages of design work, from the development of design concepts to visualization, construction drawings and 3D rendering. Most of my customers are remote small-to-medium businesses from Moscow.
Most significant projects:
Design project of a residential loft in Bangkok: I did all of concept development, detailed 3D visualization, finding the best way to present layout and lighting with particular attention to texturing and shading in heavy scene, including an animated walk-through tour (3ds Max). The goal was to achieve the ultimate photo-realistic look using Corona Render and Vray.
Exteriors of two residential houses in Russia: I was responsible for the development of architectural concept and 3D visualization using Vray. The main focus was on realistic environment and landscaping while working with MultiScatter. I did some serious work with lighting – I created scenes in different times of the day and weather conditions.
A Moscow trade center “Lotus” in Moscow –This was an urgent order by a major Moscow developer as part of their tender preparation. I designed the concept and visualized (Vray) all the shopping areas, hallways, escalators and lifts, food courts and WCs. As basis I used the plans made by the lead architect in Autodesk Revit. The centre was 475,000m2 and had to be completed in four weeks. I am proud to say the deadline was met.
Design projects of 3 residential apartments in Moscow, each between 45 sq.m. and 100 sq.m): The main problem was the development of stylish and functional interiors for very limited spaces. I was in charge of the development of the concept and planning solutions, furniture and decoration selection, 3D visualization using Vray and Corona Render. I created the full album of construction drawings using AutoCAD. I was received a special recognition award from a design portal in Russia as one the best 7 projects of 2014.
A design project of 300 sq.m. townhouse in Moscow in a style of modern country: the most complicated part of the project was planning solution for a long narrow space. I developed concept, 3D rendering (Vray), construction and furniture drawings.
Some of my design projects were published in the Russian leading online magazine about interior design () which helped me gain exposure and receive new orders.

Work for FullDome gave me good experience in animation and concept development using Cinema 4D. During this time I developed and visualized 2 concepts of entertainment centers with spherical domes (Dinosaurium and Ocean World - interactive pavilions with video projectors and complicated lighting scheme). My concepts became a part of presentations for potential investors and took part in IAAPI EXPO 2015 in Mumbai (Indian Association of Amusement Parks and Industries). This was a great opportunity for me to work for a multinational company.
